Tony is a highly innovative and creative sports executive and business owner with over 20 years’ experience within global elite football as a licensed player’s agent, club consultant and international match and tour arranger.
Tony’s personal key skill sets are leadership, negotiation, relationship development, business development and problem solving due to his 20 year experience within law enforcement and leading teams. He has a vast global network of contacts within the sporting world and a reputation for honesty and integrity from clients, staff and business partners. As an advisor and lecturer on the UEFA Pro Licence, Tony has built a considerable knowledge base relating to high performance in sport organisations.
In 2016, Tony graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Sports Directorship. This degree allowed Tony to further develop his understanding of leadership strategies, governance, innovation and leading a high performance sporting organisation.
Keith Wyness has enjoyed positions at the highest level in sports and business. In sports he was Managing Director of the Sydney Olympics 2000, Olympic Club. This was the domestic marketing campaign for the 3 years before the games to maximise involvement, commercial success for sponsors and fan involvement.
After the games he was appointed CEO of Aberdeen FC and the Everton FC in the English Premier League. He has not only handled the commercial development of clubs and all the associated activities he has also worked at the League level on all key issues such as TV deal and sponsorship negotiations.
In 2010 he developed a successful consultancy business that now works across key sporting properties, media, and industrial projects. There are sister companies in key sporting hubs and the company has access to world-leading experts and resources to solve any individual issues. Keith also worked directly with the Oman FA to re-structure their football operations.
Keith was appointed CEO of Aston Villa FC in 2016 following the takeover of the club from Dr. Tony Xia – overseeing a re-structure of both the sporting and commercial activities of the club.
Edward Jake Pergjini
Edward is a highly experienced Investment Analyst who has worked with investment funds and HNWI globally across a range of industries.
Having gained an MBA at Farleigh Dickinson University – focusing on International Business & Industrial Organisational Psychology – Edward based himself in Europe and initially specialised in prestige French wine domains.
Edward has worked on buy-side investments – specifically initiating acquisition identification, managing contract negotiation and LOI, carrying out due diligence and purchase and sale agreements and managing acquisition closing.
He has closed over $120,000,000 worth of commercial real estate and specialised in land development. Edward has also held operational roles and has co-ordinated sales across global offices in Tokyo, New Delhi, Singapore, Karachi, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta and Nairobi as well as controlled all areas of operation within his construction company and restaurant businesses.
Having grown a considerable network across Europe, Edward maintained a focus on sports marketing – specifically in European soccer – and laterally attracting investment and managing acquisitions of elite soccer clubs.
Edward’s main focus is on the French/Portuguese soccer markets where he maintains direct contact with numerous club directors / C-level executives though he also retains a key knowledge in deal-structuring and negotiation of elite sports organisation acquisitions in global markets.
Derek is an experienced Chartered Accountant who has over 25 years’ experience in financial management within large organisations such as KPMG, as well as holding senior management commercial and operational roles.
A corporate finance specialist with particular expertise in raising finance and investment for private enterprises and managing buy-side and sell-side acquisition transactions. In 2012 he managed and completed a deal to sell a motor dealer group, in what was one of the largest Acquisition & Merger transactions in the UK that year.
In recent years, Derek’s focus has been on raising private equity investment for a broad spectrum of businesses, including football clubs and sports technology companies. This has involved building global networks of investors of varying investment capabilities. He has also managed sell-side acquisitions for European football clubs, including facilitating deal negotiation and managing the due diligence process.
Having held positions as an Assistant Manager and Head Coach at Manchester United, Everton, Newcastle and the English National Team, Steve has extensive experience of operating in high performing organisations.
In 2016 Steve graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Sports Directorship which has given him the opportunity to further develop his knowledge in high performance – specifically the methods that create a high performance environment.
Steve’s current role as Director of Football at Aston Villa has allowed him to create a new philosophy within the club and construct a ‘21st Century Club’ environment under new ownership.
His expertise lies in optimising sporting organisations environment and culture to ensure long term success and high performance.
Ryland has been credited as one of the most innovative fitness and sports science experts in his field and has been singularly praised by Steven Gerrard for his knowledge and expertise. Of particular note has been his work with fine-tuning athletes such as Gareth Bale and Luis Suarez.
As Head of Performance at the Welsh FA, Ryland played a vital role in assisting the team to qualify and perform at the highest level at EURO 2016. He has also held positions at Fulham FC, Swansea City FC, Liverpool FC and Cardiff City FC.
Ryland has researched and published work on physical fitness, conditioning and psychological stress relating to sports.
John Park has an extremely high reputation in talent identification and recruitment space, specifically working in high performance sporting cultures. He has previously held roles at Celtic FC, Hibs FC, Motherwell FC & Hamilton Academical FC.
John’s expertise is in talent identification, specifically Strategic Planning and Implementation, Organisation and Management. He is adept at implementing new technologies in the scouting process having had a background in computer technology.
John achieved a great deal of acclaim in the football industry having successfully re-organised Celtic FC’s recruitment structure, implementing a global scouting network which translated into huge success on pitch and financially.
John was directly responsible for creating £40m worth of value in the current squad with an outlay of under £5m and previously identified talent for Celtic FC which brought the club £55m in transfer fees. As well as this, John Park was also responsible for implementing a youth structure which brought Hibs FC £14m worth of transfer fees for players that graduated from the academy.
His ability to identify raw talent that reach their potential has led him to be coined ‘The Alchemist’.
James de Mountfort
James is an expert in high performance and, in particular, creating and nurturing a culture of winning and achieving peak performance within an organisation.
His role as Performance Director at Red Bull Racing culminated in Four Driver Constructor Championships and Four Driver Championships in Formula One. James has also held performance roles at Audi and was charged with training the Ghurkha military regiment where he was directly responsible for their physical conditioning for operational service.
James heads up Research & Development by identifying new and innovative sports technology which can be used within professional sports clubs and organisations. His research has taken him throughout the world and in a variance of professional sports.
Guy has experience in the sporting industry as Scotland Rugby National Team Manager, Director of Operations at Scottish Rugby and Director of Operations for The British and Irish Lions.
As the Founder and CEO of Eiger Performance, Guy is a consultant in Leadership and High Performance who works with Sports NBGs, professional sports teams and businesses.
He is also a visiting lecturer in the sports faculty of numerous universities and The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Guy’s expertise involves development of logistical solutions and leadership training.
Helen is an expert in marketing and commercial partnerships within the Sports/Entertainment and Hospitality industries.
Having worked with some of the most recognisable brands in the world, including; Ralph Lauren, Mercedes, Manchester United, Kohler, Mappin & Webb, Allianza, PWC and H&M, Helen has grown a huge network at commercial level and is now focused primarily on the sports industry.
For over ten years, Helen led the Commercial Assets division (EMEA) for Kohler – working directly with CEO Herb Kohler. During this time, Helen led several successful commercial partnerships and joint ventures that assisted in the growth of the Kohler brand worldwide.
Working with Revolution Global Sports Consulting, she has used her commercial and marketing expertise to assist sports organisations grow their commercial activities using new and innovative technologies and taking advantage of social, geographical and environmental factors to enhance brand image.
Helen has most recently worked with Slazenger – exploring commercial partnerships within golf – and has worked with a range of globally recognisable football clubs across Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East.
She has also secured commercial opportunities for some of the biggest names in the sports industry, and has secured various partners, including; Staysure, Highland Spring, Aggreko, Chaloub Group, Emirates, St. James Wealth, Puma and Nike.
Paul Sammeroff was one of the first UK players to go over to the USA on a soccer scholarship and after four years of playing; he was pivotal in starting up a collegiate soccer program in Georgia (SPSU) which went on to win several conference titles, ranked number 1 in the country and made it to the Elite 8’s twice.
After nearly a decade in the USA, Paul spent several years in London and Barcelona working with some of the biggest Oil, Engineering and Aerospace Companies in the world in a consultancy capacity. He now focuses on assisting UHNW clients – including some family offices in the UAE with International business dealings – and has assisted on business transactions in the hundreds of millions.
Paul has joined the company to utilise his American, UAE and Chinese network to bring in major funds for our upcoming projects.
